BSantClub Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the BSantClub platform — whether on a desktop browser, mobile browser or through the BSantClub app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and BSantClub.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account, deposit funds or participate in any gaming activity on the BSantClub platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all products available on BSantClub, including but not limited to Sports Betting, Cricket betting, Live Casino, Casino games, Slots, Fish Games and any future product categories added to the platform.

To register and maintain an active account on BSantClub, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BSantClub is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting in a personal capacity, not as a representative of a commercial entity for the purposes of gaming activity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or agent of BSantClub or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You must have only one active BSantClub account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• You must not be a person who has been previously excluded or banned from the BSantClub platform by BSantClub's support or compliance team.

BSantClub reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle. Where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, BSantClub may restrict account functions including withdrawals until verification is resolved.

When creating a BSantClub account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your name, date of birth, contact details and the payment method you intend to use. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — your username and password. BSantClub will never ask you to share your password with any member of its support team. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact BSantClub support immediately.

Account balances are held in PKR. All deposits, wagers, winnings and withdrawals are processed and displayed in Pakistani Rupees. BSantClub does not hold accounts in any other currency.

BSantClub supports deposits and withdrawals in PKR via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The current list of available payment options is displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically reflected in your BSantClub account within a few minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on the processing time of the respective financial institution. BSantClub does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by BSantClub's payments team. Mobile wallet withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally processed promptly. Bank transfer and card withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Cashier section and are subject to periodic updates.

• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that was used to deposit into your account, or to a verified bank account registered in your own name.
• BSantClub reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal where unusual activity is detected.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (see Section 5) and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to you personally. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

BSantClub offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on selected Slot titles, cashback promotions and special bonuses tied to Cricket and PSL events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all BSantClub promotions unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified per promotion. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fulfilled in full.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device and IP address. BSantClub reserves the right to withhold bonus funds where multiple accounts appear to be created for the purpose of claiming bonuses repeatedly.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• BSantClub reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not retrospectively affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers through coordinated play, matched betting or any other form of systematic bonus abuse is a breach of these Terms and will result in account action.

All bets and wagers placed on BSantClub are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, Fish Games or Casino. These product-level rules are accessible within each game or section. In the event of a conflict between product-level rules and these general Terms, the product-level rules take precedence for that specific product.

Sports Betting: All bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the governing body or recognised official source. BSantClub reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious errors in odds, technical issues during bet placement or where a match or event is cancelled or abandoned before the applicable result is determined.

Cricket and PSL: Cricket betting markets are settled based on the official result as declared by the match referee and the relevant cricket board. Rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method results and abandoned matches are handled according to each market's specific settlement rules, which are displayed within the betting interface.

Casino & Live Casino: Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems or, in the case of Live Casino, by the physical actions of the live dealer. BSantClub does not interfere with game outcomes. Any technical malfunction during a game round that prevents a result from being determined fairly will result in that round being voided and the stake returned.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all products and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface before you commit a wager.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BSantClub platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of balance, subject to investigation:

• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so for any purpose, including bonus exploitation.
• Using automated scripts, bots, software tools or any form of artificial intelligence to access, interact with or manipulate any part of the BSantClub platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or reproduce any part of the BSantClub platform, its content, odds data or game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players during Live Casino games or any multiplayer gaming product.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, structuring transactions or any activity associated with proceeds of crime.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accrued from exploiting a technical error are not considered legitimate and will not be paid out.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your identity during any verification process.
• Conducting any activity on the platform on behalf of a third party, including placing bets using another person's account credentials.

BSantClub monitors account activity continuously and reserves the right to investigate any account that displays patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. During an investigation, account functions including deposits and withdrawals may be temporarily restricted.

BSantClub collects and processes personal data provided during account registration and ongoing use of the platform. This includes your name, contact information, payment details and account activity. All personal data is handled in accordance with BSantClub's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By creating a BSantClub account, you consent to BSantClub collecting, storing and using your personal data for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying your identity, preventing fraud and communicating with you about your account and relevant promotions.

BSantClub does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud prevention services solely for the purpose of delivering platform services. Full details of data handling practices are available in the Privacy Policy.

BSantClub is committed to supporting responsible gaming. The platform provides every registered player with tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly from the account dashboard.

BSantClub strongly encourages all players to:

• Set a personal gaming budget before each session and stick to it regardless of outcomes.
• Treat gaming as entertainment — not as a source of income or a method of recovering previous losses.

You may close your BSantClub account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the settlement of all pending bets will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification requirements being met.

BSantClub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or any conduct associated with prohibited activities listed in Section 7.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months, following notice to the registered contact details on file.
• Where continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, financial or reputational risk to BSantClub.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, BSantClub reserves the right to withhold any bonus-derived funds or winnings pending a full investigation. Real-money deposits made in good faith will be returned minus any amounts legitimately forfeited under these Terms.

BSantClub provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While BSantClub makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to all platform services, it does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical errors, downtime or data interruptions at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted, BSantClub shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits or data arising from technical faults, server outages or connectivity issues beyond BSantClub's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own account credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the BSantClub platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of BSantClub. If you believe BSantClub has acted in error — for example, settling a bet incorrectly — you may raise a dispute through the support team within 14 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

BSantClub reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BSantClub will notify registered players via their registered contact details or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the BSantClub platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. BSantClub recommends checking this page whenever you receive a notification about an update or at least once every three months.
